About the Role:
Freedom Construction and Painting LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Holyoke, CO. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a dedicated crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right.
Overtime paid at time and a half. Must be willing to work some weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, framing, and finishing work
- Support painting crews with surface prep, priming, and interior/exterior painting projects
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed by crew leads
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to efficient project completion
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal as needed
Requirements:
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required — willing to train the right motivated candidate
- Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Must be willing to work on roofs, ladders and man lifts
- Must pass background check
